This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are prohibited on the website at seerglobalsolutions.com, any application made available by Seer Global Solutions Limited ("SGSL"), and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.

By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. We may update this AUP from time to time. If you become aware of a violation, please report it to abuse@seerglobalsolutions.com.

1. Prohibited content

You must not use the Services to upload, transmit, host, share, link to, or otherwise make available content that:

  • Is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
  • Infringes any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other right of any person
  • Depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse material or the sexual exploitation of minors
  • Constitutes hate speech, incitement to violence, terrorism, or threats against any person or group
  • Promotes self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activities
  • Contains malware, ransomware, viruses, worms, trojans, or other malicious code
  • Discloses personal information of others without lawful basis
  • Is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit in a manner inappropriate to the Service
  • Impersonates any person or entity, or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity

2. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the Services to:

  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable law in Nigeria or in your jurisdiction (including the Cybercrimes (Prohibition, Prevention, etc.) Act, the Nigeria Data Protection Act, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, or export-control laws)
  • Send unsolicited bulk messages, "spam," or other forms of unauthorised mass communication
  • Engage in phishing, pretexting, social engineering, or other identity-deception activity
  • Send or facilitate fraudulent payment or "419" advance-fee schemes
  • Conduct or facilitate scraping, harvesting, indexing, or other automated data extraction from the Services without our prior written consent
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services or related systems without our prior written authorisation
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any authentication, rate-limit, security, or access-control mechanism
  • Use the Services to send or relay material that violates a third party's network or service policies
  • Engage in cryptocurrency mining or other resource-intensive activity not related to the Service's intended purpose
  • Use the Services in any manner intended to harass, threaten, intimidate, or stalk any person

3. AI & automated systems

Where you use AI features made available through the Services, you additionally agree not to:

  • Use the AI features to generate or disseminate content prohibited by Section 1 or by applicable law
  • Use the AI features to make decisions about a person's access to credit, housing, employment, healthcare, insurance, or essential services without appropriate human oversight and lawful basis
  • Represent AI-generated content as human-authored where doing so would mislead or cause harm
  • Attempt to extract underlying model weights, system prompts, or proprietary training data
  • Use the AI features to develop competing models in a manner that breaches our Terms or applicable third-party licences

4. Security & integrity

You must not interfere with the security or integrity of the Services. This includes (without limitation):

  • Introducing malware, worms, ransomware, or other malicious code into the Services
  • Executing or facilitating denial-of-service ("DoS"), distributed denial-of-service ("DDoS"), or traffic-amplification attacks against the Services or any system connected to them
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or data
  • Tampering with logs, audit trails, security headers, or other integrity mechanisms
  • Exploiting vulnerabilities for any purpose other than coordinated, good-faith disclosure to security@seerglobalsolutions.com

5. Reporting violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to abuse@seerglobalsolutions.com. Reports of suspected security vulnerabilities should be sent to security@seerglobalsolutions.com. Where possible, please include:

  • The Service or URL involved
  • A description of the conduct or content
  • The date, time, and timezone of the incident
  • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, log excerpts, message identifiers)
  • Your contact information, so we can follow up

6. Consequences of violation

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, take any of the following actions in response to a violation of this AUP:

  • Remove or disable access to violating content
  • Suspend or terminate your access to the Services
  • Terminate any agreement under which the Services are provided
  • Cooperate with law-enforcement, regulatory, and other government authorities, and disclose information as required by applicable law
  • Take any other action we consider appropriate in the circumstances

Our exercise of any right or remedy under this AUP is without prejudice to any other right or remedy we may have under the Terms of Service, applicable law, or otherwise.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after revisions are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
